This site is not run by Ann Mandrella. It is run by her fans with Ann's encouragement and cooperation. It is official in the sense that she has authorized it and she maintains regular correspondence with the site/board administrators. She also has a registered account. However, the account has been secured by the administrators, so any messages that are sent to that account will be received by the moderators and not by Ann. Thus we ask that any messages/concerns be addressed directly to the administrative accounts. If you send them to Ann, she will not receive them.
